We built this Tennis Themed birdhouse with many hand made items, like the tennis net and hand painted tennis court.	The perch is made from a real tennis racket handle and the tennis ball is real --- cut in half and firmly attached on the sides.
We use a chain handle to hang the birdhouse when we add the tennis net to our designs. We used this great garage sale find... a nice brass tennis racket; which used to be a note holder.  Look closely and you'll see the nail which helps hold it in place... along with the glue which you WON'T see. We found this cute miniature tennis ball and added it on the birdhouse front.	Below shows one of our hand made tennis courts cut from plastic canvas.
